Job Description

  • Work with the Business Development Head and Product Manager to define the company’s business opportunities
  • Develop sales programs to recruit new clients
  • Manage key clients and key partners, support them to grow their business, and make sure the company’s growth along with the clients’ growth
  • Supervise and develop the capacity of the Business Development junior team members to reach the team’s sales target
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to make sure the service is delivered excellently to clients
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop promotion campaigns and other communication programs within commercial policy to win new clients
  • Work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources, and drive win-win solutions for clients and the company.


  • Track record in managing a sales team to reach the company’s KPI
  • Experience with sales pipeline monitoring and sales team management
  • Strong leadership, especially leading by examples
  • Being proactive in suggesting solutions or new approaches to reach common goals
  • Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity in sales style, result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Being able to work well under pressure to reach long-term goals
  • Passionate about education and education technology and willing to embrace new challenges
  • Willing to travel

Education and Experience

  • The minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in any related areas
  • At least 4 years in Education industry or SAAS industry, including at least 1 year in management roles
  • B2B sales experience is required
  • Good English (both Writing and Speaking), equivalent to IELTS 5.5 and above
