KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy
- Own and deliver monthly/quarterly MQL targets, ensuring marketing directly contributes to pipeline growth and revenue
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage full-funnel performance (Traffic, leads, MQL, SQL), continuously improving CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
- Work closely with Sales to analyse market trends and customer insights to refine targeting and messaging, improve lead quality, and accelerate conversion
2. Digital & Content Marketing Execution
- Manage and grow key channels and communities
- Lead the development of high-impact sales and marketing materials (presentations, demos, case studies) that support brand positioning and demand generation
- Drive cross-functional brand alignment by partnering with Sales, Technical Solutions, and HR to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and market representation across all touchpoints
3. Event & Partnership Marketing
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnerships that align with business objectives and revenue growth
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of workshops, exhibitions, and co-marketing initiatives aligned with growth and targets

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology, or B2B industry is strongly preferred
- 3–6 years of marketing experience, with proven ownership of lead generation and measurable business impact
- Demonstrated experience managing full-funnel marketing and driving pipeline growth
- Strong strategic thinking, decision making, and execution independently
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and performance optimization capability
- High level of accountability, resilience, and problem-solving ability
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing marketing tools, CRM, and performance analytics platforms
- Leadership (managing full-time and interns)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
