Key Responsibilities
- Manage key marketing pages: Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, and various groups and communities.
- Plan and execute channel development strategies, including but not limited to content creation, poster design, article writing, and blogging.
- Collaborate with the internal team to customize partnership events, such as planning and supporting partnerships (co-hosting workshops, signing MOUs, media cooperation, etc.).
- Prepare logistics and maintain relevant documentation.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events (exhibition, online or offline workshops,…)
- Work with the Technical Solutions team to inform and promote new features or services.
- Collaborate with the HR team to post videos and posters about internal activities, recruitment, L&D, etc.
- Work with the Sales team to nurture and research B2B leads, manage leads from various channels, and create deals.
- Document and create insightful and impressive presentation slides and videos
- Implement training for interns or team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing position; at an international company or with social media or event marketing is a plus.
- Experience in Edtech, education, or technology industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and team working skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software for social media management and analytics; Interested in filming, taking pictures, and editing via design tools such as Canva, Capcut, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Products
- Strong organization and time management skills to handle pressure and projects
- A self-starter who is willing to learn and deal with challenges
- Being good in English and speaking well is a must; good at using Chinese is preferred
