Senior Accountant Executive

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management

  • Manage and follow up on revenue and issue invoices.
  • Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and accounting documents and records.
  • Control accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), and reconcile them.
  • Prepare and apply monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.

Auditing and Compliance

  • Verify the completeness and legality of incoming and outgoing invoices and documents and monitor financial records to ensure compliance with legal and taxation regulations.
  • Responsible for internal financial audit and coordinating the internal or external audit process.
  • Provide data and documents to explain to tax and social insurance authorities upon request.
  • Monitor and remind internal and third-party entities to complete various reports and meet submission deadlines.

Process Improvement and Collaboration

  • Build up and maintain all financial processes, especially target setting and team internal processes; periodically review to update if there are any amendments.
  • Proactively set up or participate in related meetings to build new processes and streamline existing processes to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure collaboration between finance and other departments or business units runs in conformity.
  • Provide advice on all matters regarding financial management to the line manager.
  • Manage and deliver projects/tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Manage salary payments, including attendance checking and other benefits related to employee compensation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Acquired Chief Accountant degree
  • At least 5 years of experience working in foreign companies, preferred when having experience in SAAS or technology industries
  • Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and willingness to support the operation of other departments
  • Native Vietnamese level; Good Business English level; ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred but not required
