Position: Technical Solutions Specialist
Contract: Full-time
Location: On-site, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Our first product – Classin – presents an interactive digital classroom solution that is suitable for both online and hybrid learning models. In addition, the classroom is backed by a management dashboard that helps the management team and teachers oversee and deliver a qualified teaching and learning experience.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS) to support daily operations, coordinate hardware logistics, maintain technical documentation, and ensure the quality and efficiency of the Technical Solutions Assistant (TSA) team. Working as a part of the Technical Solutions Department, your role will be responsible for:
Hardware Operations
- Receive and process hardware shipment requests
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to complete shipment processes
- Source and evaluate vendors for hardware shipment, labor handling, warehousing, warranty services,…
- Handle hardware installation and entry setup
Feature Document/Blog Post Management
- Manage and assign tasks to TSA team members to produce user guides and feature blog posts
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the latest product updates
Team Development
- Conduct internal training sessions for TSA team members
- Conduct annual evaluations to ensure high standards of product knowledge & support skills across the TSA team
- Track and calculate monthly working hours for TSA team members
Internal Service Operation
- Execute service requests from the internal team (activating/deactivating services,…)
- Monitor and remind of service expiration
- Lead small to medium Product-related projects, ensuring meeting the standard quality and deadline
Other tasks assigned by Technical Solutions Coordinators (TSC)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technical support or related fields is a plus
- Passionate about technical products and understanding of customer needs
- Customer empathy
- Detail-oriented
- Good communications in both verbal and written of Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Ability to learn new things quickly
