Position: Business Development Executive
Location: HCMC (On-site)
Department: Sales
Monthly Income: VND 15M – 25M
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our professional, open, and innovative team. Ideal candidates have at least 1-year prior experience in B2B sales, preferably experience in consulting SaaS, technology, or education solutions for clients. Above all, we are looking for individuals who are self-starters and passionately committed to achieving ambitious targets through proactive effort and a whatever-it-takes mentality.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in Vietnam, and build long-term trusting relationships with customers in the education and corporate training sectors.
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
- Work and collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize processes, systems, messaging, and alignment strategies.
- Drive cross-functional relationships, especially across large and complex environments.
- Community-building activities to enable deeper engagement with the ecosystem across events, conferences, and other initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 1 year of B2B business development experience in the SaaS , technology, education sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Ability to collaborate and create innovative solutions to solve difficult challenges
- Ability to successfully leverage partnerships to achieve strong business results
- Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, and sales performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
- Good at communicating in English is a must
