Position: Technical Solutions Coordinator
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Reporting Line: Technical Solutions Manager

The Technical Solutions Coordinator serves as the key technical liaison between clients, local teams, and ClassIn’s Global Product & Technical departments. This role ensures smooth communication, efficient issue resolution, high-quality product localization, and successful client onboarding and adoption of ClassIn’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Localization & Coordination

  • Localize in-app content, dashboards, and product documentation into Vietnamese with accuracy and clarity
  • Collect and consolidate client feedback; collaborate with Product Managers to plan, prioritize, and refine product features and backlogs
  • Track bugs and issues, coordinating closely with Global Product teams
  • Follow the monthly product release cycle, ensuring announcements, QA/QC processes, and local readiness are fully completed

2. Customer & Technical Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding technical inquiries and product-related issues
  • Resolve tickets and inquiries with support from Global teams when required
  • Support the Sales team in delivering product demos, onboarding sessions, and client training
  • Provide technical guidance and documentation for ClassIn API, LTI, and SDK integrations

3. Business & Operational Support

  • Deploy, maintain, and update ClassIn websites
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for existing and newly launched products
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and propose technical solutions that enhance client experience and internal operations

4. Team Management

  • Act as a line manager for a team of  interns handling technical inquiries
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure service quality under your supervision
  • Make operational decisions related to intern team performance, workflows, and issue handling

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Ability to evaluate business value behind features and functionalities
    Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with strong presentation and leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and balance competing stakeholder requirements
  • Passion for technology and education
