Hiện nay, xuất hiện tình trạng giả mạo nhân viên ClassIn để yêu cầu truy xuất tài khoản, thay đổi mật khẩu nhằm đánh cắp học liệu, dữ liệu của người dùng.

Chỉ cung cấp thông tin tài khoản và mật khẩu cho bộ phận vận hành của nhà trường/tổ chức hoặc liên hệ trực tiếp bộ phận kỹ thuật của ClassIn qua kênh Zalo chính thức hoặc email vietnam@classin.com. Các email từ ClassIn luôn có đuôi @classin.com. Vui lòng cảnh giác và không chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân với bất kỳ email nào không rõ nguồn gốc.
